Product Overview
JSW seawater desalination product series utilizes world-leading composite membrane coating technology and an optimized polysulfone support layer structure, significantly enhancing the membrane's compressive strength and ensuring the density of the desalination layer and the overall lifespan of the membrane.
Seawater reverse osmosis membranes combine high desalination rates with low energy consumption, featuring stable performance and consistent water production. They are primarily used in seawater desalination, wastewater reuse and near-zero discharge treatment of high-salt wastewater, and material concentration.
Features & Benefit
1. Top Core Performance Indicators
The product's desalination rate can reach above 99.85%, and the water flux exceeds 50L/(m²· h),the filtration accuracy reaches the international top level, capable of efficiently intercepting heavy metal ions, microorganisms, and salts.
2. Significant Cost and Supply Chain Advantages
By achieving full domestic production from non-woven fabric and polysulfone resin to membrane components, its production costs are reduced by more than 20% compared to imported products. This breaks the long-standing monopoly of overseas suppliers and ensures the strategic safety of domestic water treatment projects.
3. Strong Technical Research and Development Foundation
The technology originates from the National Space Center of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and was initially applied in national manned space missions (such as the water circulation system of the space station), with a deep accumulation of technology.
4. Rich Application Validation Both Domestically and Internationally
5. Domestic Benchmark
The product has been successfully applied in the ultra-large coal mine water treatment project in Ordos, China, marking the first comprehensive use of domestically produced reverse osmosis membranes in a newly built ultra-large project in China.
6. International Market
It has entered the Middle Eastern market, which has a high demand for seawater desalination, including Kuwait, Singapore, the UAE, and Turkey, and serves the strategic production projects of Kuwait National Petroleum Company.
