Jozzon Company is one of the few manufacturers in the world with the capacity for large-scale production of dry membrane elements. Dry membrane elements can effectively reduce bacterial growth and have the advantages of better preservation, easier transportation and convenient use compared to wet membrane elements.

 

02Long-term Stable Operation

Jozzon dry membrane elements have a thicker desalination layer. In the initial stage of operation , they need to go through a stabilization period. The desalination rate will continue to increase within a few hours or days, the water flux will decrease slightly, and then it will be in a long-term stable state.

 

03Higher Throughput

Jozzon’ entire product line utilizes automated precision sealing technology and a wide flow channel design, maximizing membrane area. The 31-40mil (0.79-1.02mm) feed channel ensures high water production while reducing membrane fouling rates. Furthermore, the effective area of the 8-inch membrane element can reach up to 440 square feet, further increasing water production and improving efficiency.
